Thank you for choosing Sugar Bites! Please review the policies below before placing your order. By submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. At Sugar Bites, we believe that the secret to the best treats lies not only in our fresh ingredients but also in the trust we build with our community. We are committed to absolute transparency in how we bake, handle, and deliver your favorites. Our policies are designed to ensure you have a seamless experience, from the first click to the final bite.
Order Lead Times
To ensure that every order receives the time and attention it deserves, please place your order according to the following timelines:
General Orders: Must be placed at least 2 weeks prior of the desired pickup time.
Catering (50 + people): Must be placed at least 1 month prior of the desired pickup time.
Orders are subject to availability. Submitting an order request does not guarantee that your date is available. Your order is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Sugar Bites.
Payment Policy
Payment is required to confirm your order.
Sugar Bites accepts Apple Pay, cash, and card.
For catering or custom orders, a deposit is required before production begins.
Orders will not be prepared until the required payment has been received.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are welcome!
Custom designs, flavors, colors, decorations, and other special requests must be discussed and approved before production.
Please note that homemade desserts may have slight variations from reference photos or inspiration images. Sugar Bites will do its best to recreate the requested design while maintaining the quality and integrity of the finished product.
Changes made after an order has been finalized may result in additional charges and may not always be possible.
Product Variations
Sugar Bites desserts are handmade. Because of this, slight variations in color, size, shape, decoration, and appearance may occur.
Reference photos are used for inspiration and do not guarantee an exact replica.
Every Sugar Bites order is made with care, and we strive to make your desserts as close to the approved design as possible.
Order Changes
Once an order has been confirmed, changes may be limited.
Requests to change flavors, quantities, designs, colors, pickup dates, or other details should be made as early as possible.
Changes may result in additional charges and are subject to availability.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for a response.

Delivery & Pickup Policy
Pickup Policy
Customers will receive their designated pickup location with their order confirmation.
Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window. If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, please contact Sugar Bites as soon as possible.
Late Pickup & No-Show Policy
Customers are expected to arrive during their scheduled pickup window.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for late pickups. Please contact Sugar Bites if you know you will be late.
Customers who are significantly late or do not arrive for their scheduled pickup may be required to arrange a new pickup time. Additional fees may apply.
Sugar Bites is not responsible for the condition of products that are not picked up within 12 hours of the agreed-upon timeframe.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is available upon request and may incur an additional charge. The customer must provide a delivery address to Sugar Bites at the time of the request. Someone of appropriate age must be available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window provided by Sugar Bites.
Refunds & Returns
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please contact Sugar Bites as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
Because ingredients and supplies may be purchased specifically for your order, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
Once an order has entered the preparation or production stage, refunds will not be available.
Any applicable refund will be determined based on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
Allergy & Safety Information
Common Allergens
Sugar Bites products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Cross-Contamination Warning
While we disinfect and clean our kitchen after each preparation session and take food safety very seriously, Sugar Bites cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens due to the shared preparation environment.
Please notify Sugar Bites of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order.
